OUR STORY

  Once upon a time there was a young man called Eoin who took a fancy to a girl called Stacey. After spending 2-3 years in the friend zone (and an awkward ill-fated cinema date in 2006) we finally got together one fateful night in Davitt's nightclub (so romantic we know). From there our love story began. Eoin's first introduction to Stacey's family was when he was her surprise 18th kiss at her birthday. Stacey's introduction to his was an awkward breakfast at his house after her and a group of friends passed out after his 18th. We both headed off to the big smoke, Cork, in 2008 to start college in UCC where we've been living ever since. With each others help we both graduated in 2012 with degrees in the bag and graduated again in 2013 with Masters.

  As you probably know, Eoin is a golf fanatic. Much to his annoyance he still hasn't persuaded Stacey to take up this hobby. Stacey, a gym fanatic, has convinced Eoin to take up this hobby (Also to Eoin's annoyance...we know who wears the pants in this relationship). If you know anything about us it's that we are both obsessed with holidays and sightseeing (even with Stacey's major flying fear). We spent our first holiday abroad in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria in 2011 and since then we have travelled all over from Lisbon to Lake Bled, Berlin to Budapest and Abbeyside to Amsterdam. We plan to start our married life travelling South east Asia and Australia (and South America if Stacey gets her way).

  But anyways that's enough about us, the most important reason you're here reading this boring story is because it would make our big day extra special if you could be there to celebrate with us. So let's laugh, drink, dance and maybe shed a few happy tears come the 29th of June!
